Greek Yogurt is one of the oldest, healthiest and easiest dairy products to make in your own kitchen. Trystan Sandvoss, farmer and cheesemaker at First Light Farm & Creamery will walk you through the transition from fresh milk to fresh Greek Yogurt. We'll learn that about milk, sustainable and organic dairying, pro-biotics, yogurt ingredients and equipment (most of which you probably have in your kitchen already), and artisanal cheese. Everyone will receive recipes and instructions so you can start making your fresh Greek Yogurt at home.
