Hoopnotica Method 1 is an intro cardiohoop class. Come to this class to learn basic moves such as forward stance, side stance, float moves, halos, and more! Hoops will be available for use during the class. Please bring a bottle of water to the class. Teacher Bio: Anna Gossin is a certified Hoopnotica Method 1 instructor, and also loves dance fitness!
