The secret in making your own pizza is learning how the dough is made. In this class, participants will make their own dough and each participant will finish their masterpiece with the toppings they most desire. The pizzas will be slathered with tomato sauce, and topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh sautéed vegetables, sausage and more. We will spare no garlic or olive oil and we will use plenty of fresh basil.
