Come learn the history and the process of creating kombucha! You'll leave knowing how to brew your own kombucha, from acquisition of a SCOBY to decanting. Various additions to the decanted kombucha will be discussed, from natural flavorings to fruit juices. We'll also talk about the health benefits and composition of the final product. Oh yeah...you'll go home with your very own SCOBY, too!
