Have you heard of all the great benefits of meditation but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you've tried to meditate, but feel like you just couldn't get it. This class is designed for those wishing to add more peace and serenity into their lives. We will discuss what meditation is; the benefits of doing it; and how to do it. You will learn several simple but effective meditations and we will even try a few during class. Learning to meditate is one of the simplest and rewarding things you can do for your well-being.
