In this session, participants will create healthy holiday treats with St. John’s own Chef Mike McAllister and MVP’s Cheryl Minchella. Learn to make dishes like artichoke and fennel caponata, brie and apple quiche, and a savory pumpkin hummus. Each participant will receive a booklet of recipes and a seasonal produce guide. This public event is part of St. John’s Embrace Living series, a collection of entertaining events and educational seminars.
