This workshop is designed to help yogis of all levels learn new & different tips and tricks that make hand balancing more accessible, and fun. Some experience recommended, message Michelle or the studio with questions. Bring a mat or rent one for $2. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in & bring a water bottle to fill from our cooler.
