Global Kashrut

When: Sun., April 7, 1 p.m. 2013

Food is a great equalizer and touchstone of deep cultural interchange. Global Kashrut, the interface of Kosher food supervision and Asian culture, will be discussed within this class from the prospective of one rabbi's experience lecturing and supervising food production in the Far East. What do we have in common? What can be learned experiencing life through new eyes? We will discuss the growth and broadening of perspective when we open ourselves to new experiences.
