This class is for gardeners or people who want to try gardening for the first time. It is a class designed to demonstrate stretching and flexibility exercises to reduce the risk of aches, pains and injury by warming up prior to gardening. There will be a handout provided with exercises and health tips. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
