Yin is the most ancient form of yoga meant to really work the connective tissue by holding poses for a longer period of time. Yin targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. This 50 minute Yin inspired class is open to students of all levels. Leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored.
