This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a gentle and relaxing yoga practice. Gentle yoga poses improve range of motion and joint mobility, reduce pain and the effects of stress. We start each class with a short and calming centering, followed by simple yoga poses that stretch, release tension, energize and relax. We finish class with a nice guided relaxation. Everybody will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.
