This is a multiple part series offered throughout the year. Designed to explore and sample some of this 90 mile linear trail mostly along the Genesee River's valley from Cattaraugus, Allegany, Wyoming, and Livingston to Monroe counties. Explore the GVG south of Avon and along the river to the mill site at York Landing. Meet east of Avon at the Batzing Rd parking area (1/2 mile south of State Route 20). Please bring a lunch. Will car pool. This is a 4 hour, 4 mile long hike.
