We invite you on a culinary journey into the history and technique of creating fresh pasta. During our time together, you will learn the skills necessary for making a successful Italian style egg pasta, and talk about everything you need to know about cooking and serving a delicious pasta dish. Lora will demonstrate the techniques and then participants will have a chance to roll, cut and cook fresh pasta like a pro. We'll walk through one preparation of our pasta so you understand how to properly prepare it.
