Fresh Pasta

When: Wed., Sept. 27, 6:30-8 p.m. 2017

During our time together, you will learn the skills necessary for making a successful Italian style egg pasta, and talk about everything you need to know about cooking and serving a delicious pasta dish. Lora will demonstrate the techniques and then participants will have a chance to roll, cut and cook fresh pasta like a pro. All participants will receive a recipe packet and the outline of information we learn in class so you have everything you need for making this beloved dish
