Free Mindercise Mindfulness Meditation Classes

When: Saturdays, 3-5 p.m. and Wednesdays, 7-9 p.m. Continues through April 30 2015

Mindercise classes are designed to teach authentic mindfulness meditation and to help you develop a personal practice. Every sixty-minute formal practice session, including sitting and walking meditation, ends with a restorative Nada Relaxation technique to help release any stress accumulated during practice.

Price: First class free; subsequent classes $15
