When: Fri., Feb. 9, 7-9 p.m. 2018
Participants will take a virtual tour of South Africa and learn about food's importance to their culture and history. Samples will be provided of the most popular foods that are used for celebrations and religious observances. Participants will be encouraged to taste and engage about the similarities and differences between American holiday foods and culture. This class is open to all ages 12 and up. Wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided as well. Advance registration required.
