Simple, subtle, and satiating… Freshly made pasta is one of life’s great pleasures. With the right techniques in one’s repertoire, it can be easily prepared at home. Chef Ryan will prepare a four-course meal of fresh pasta dishes inspired by the fall… including a pasta dessert! This series will focus on cooking techniques and will be highlighted by wines from Constellation Brands, as well as Tim O'Connor and Ralph Pennino's collections. We hope you can join us for fun filled evenings with good food and libations; proceeds to benefit InterVol's life-saving programs.
