The day begins with “Coffee and Superheroes” featuring a display of graphic novels, posters, masks and more. Then, faculty will lead a panel discussion on the influence of comic books and graphic novels in their lives and teachings. William Pealer, will give a talk on “cosplay,” short for costume-play. A presentation by Jacob Amidon called “The Marvel Universe: Concepts, Reflections and Organization and more.
