When: Mon., May 5, 6:30-8 p.m. 2014
Students of all levels (yes - even those who have never before stepped on a mat!) are welcome to sample this vinyasa style yoga class. While we will incorporate all standard components of a full class, this session will offer more focused instruction and emphasis on balancing yoga poses. Please bring mats and water to this class. A limited number of mats are available for rental ($2 cash only, payable in class). If you would like to rent a mat, please email Jenn at RochesterCommunityYoga@gmail.com to reserve one.
