Our food doesn't have to be flown or shipped from other parts of the world. When you can, why not buy and eat local? It's easier than you think... For this class, our chefs will gather the ingredients from local farms and vendors (within 50 miles of the Center), and work alongside participants to prepare a simple and wholesome meal based on standard preparation techniques. Our chefs will share information about the local products, farm markets, and community supported agricultural programs. Not to mention, all the wines featured this evening are local as well!
