It's all things autumn in Irondequoit this weekend, at the annual family-friendly I-Square Fall Festival. The event features the classic seasonal perks of hayrides, donuts (from Ridge Donuts, of course), cider, and homemade apple crisp, as well as a pie eating contest and free activities (pumpkin painting!) and games. A pop-up art market by Create Art 4 Good will showcase the work of local artists. Live music by Mystic Stew and Delilah Jones will float from the stage, and guests can muse on the spirit of gratitude by leaving messages on the "Grateful Wall Mural." Seasonal craft beer and wine will be available for purchase, and a Fall Cocktail Contest lets contestants make their own creation for the chance to win a spirits basket from Irondequoit Liquor. The winning drink will also be served at The Reserve Bar during the fall.
I-Square Fall Festival takes place on Saturday, September 29, noon to 5 p.m., at 400 Bakers Park in Irondequoit. Free admission. 266-1068; i-square.us/annual-fall-festival.
