Navigators from the Literacy Volunteers of
Rochester provide free on-site, drop-in service to participants who require assistance with
technology. Navigators assist participants with a range of needs, from learning a new computer skill to completing an important computer-related task such as a creating a resume or cover letter, completing a job application, or filling our online forms. No registration, first come first serve.
English as a New Language
Tuesdays, Sept. 24-Dec. 10 @ 10-11am
Free English as a New Language tutoring. Build your skills in speaking, vocabulary, reading, and writing
in friendly, one-on-one or small group sessions. Materials are provided. Presented by Learning Links of Fairport. Limited to 15 participants. Registration is recommended but not required.
Citizenship Classes
Tuesdays, Sept. 24–Dec.10 @ 11am-12pm
Free class to prepare adults for the United States Citizenship Test. Instruction is given in U.S. history, reading, writing, and vocabulary needed to pass the test. Materials are provided. Presented by Learning Links for Fairport. Limited to 15 participants. Registration is recommended but not required.
Tuesday Travelogue: Christmas in Niagara-on-the-Lake

Celebrate this holiday season by seeing the
festive decorations of the quaint and charming town of Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. See the holiday
decorations of the Prince of Wales Hotel, the Queens Landing, and the Pillar and Post Inn. Enjoy the
holiday storefront window displays on Queen Street. Get new holiday ideas by looking at the door
decorations of town residents. A Canadian treat will be provided. This program was photographed in December 2018, by Christine Simons. No registration.

AARP Safety Driving Course

A classroom driver refresher course designed for drivers aged 50 and over. Cost is $20 for AARP
members and $25 for non-members, payable at the beginning of class (only checks accepted). Must
have a valid New York state license. Drivers need to attend both classes to get certificate. Bring your
