Join us on Tuesday, June 21st for the next installment of our new “Eat, Drink & Learn” series. Amore’s Chef de Cuisine, Pasquale Sorrentino, is teaming up with Wegmans Master Wine Educator Antonio Arias to bring you a hands-on event that’s perfect for food and wine enthusiasts. Chef Pasquale will start the evening with a hands-on mozzarella-making class. Everyone will learn how to create this classic Italian cheese. Then it’s time for the pairings, as Antonio serves fresh mozzarella and other classic cheeses with some of Amore’s best food-friendly wines. Seating is limited!
