If you’ve ever watched a documentary and thought, “I’d like to learn video so I could do a documentary,” this 8-week class is for you. We’ve designed this class for individuals interested in learning to film, edit and produce documentaries. Discuss successful documentaries and review techniques. Screen each others’ works. Learn filming and editing techniques, how to do research and conduct interviews, with hands-on technical assistance provided by RCTV staff. You’ll also learn some basics of non-linear editing.
