Dharma Refuge Meditation Practice Lab

Learn Buddhist meditation fundamentals, popularized as mindfulness, in a relaxed and interactive environment that emphasizes alternating periods of instruction, many short sessions of practice, and ample opportunity for Q&A. The Meditation lab supports new and experienced meditators with guidance from long-time practitioners.
