Dedication of the ten new change-ringing bells at Church of the Ascension. Open ringing in the morning; observers and listeners welcome. Ceremony of Blessing and Dedication at 1 PM, Episcopal Bishop of Rochester presiding, with hymns, psalms, prayers, festive music, and special remarks. Light refreshments to follow.
