Music: Looking to get down and dance? The Manic Mondays Retro dance series continues tonight at the Bug Jar (219 Monroe Ave.,, with David Lee Rad and DJ Cub. The party starts at 9 p.m., is free for those lucky ones 21 and up ($10 unders), and even includes free pizza. Cowabunga!

Exhibit: In honor of Inauguration Day, visit “A Presidential Voice: The History of Presidential Speechwriting,” the new exhibition opening today in the Seward Room, Department of Rare Books and Special Collections, in the Rush Rhees Library on the University of Rochester’s River Campus.
