In this class we will discuss the ways to create a path to meet specific goals. Goal mapping is a step-by-step process used to create a path hitting smaller goals along the way that will lead you to your ultimate goal. The mapping of your goals allows you to keep yourself in check as well as adjust your path to take the journey you find most beneficial. Goal mapping has been used for athletes originally but has found its way into the business world and now the health promotion field.
