Cooking With Miso

Spring is in the air and what better way to celebrate the fresh greens coming in than with homemade salad dressing and soup! Learn the many ways to use miso and how it impacts and changes the flavor of your cooking. In addition to the hands-on preparation of the salad dressing and soup there will also be demonstrations of several cooking techniques using miso and tastings of the many misos that we make here at Small World.
