The 3rd annual "Climb Out of The Darkness" for nonprofit, Postpartum Progress Inc. This walk is an international effort to raise funding and awareness about antenatal and perinatal mood disorders and mental illnesses (1 in 7 moms will have a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder). The Rochester "Climb" is a walk through Ellison Park - Indian Landing Trail - and is free to participate.
