Birding w/ Washington Grove

When: Mon., May 5, 8-10 a.m. 2014

Washington Grove is a way-station for migratory birds and year-round home to many others. On good days, the mix of species can be amazing and the chorus of songs thrilling. If you are experienced, or new to birding, join veteran birder Pat Martin to spot and identify some of these beautiful creatures and thrill to their Spring songs. Adults and children 10 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Binoculars recommended. Canceled if pouring rain or strong winds. Meet at the kiosk at the top of the Reservoir Road behind the pine trees.
