Move beyond burgers and steaks—after this hands-on class, you’ll get more from your grill! Our chef will demo and review our 4-step basic technique with Braised Barbecue Pork Spareribs with a Crispy Cabbage & Corn in Citrus Soy Sauce. Then it’s time for you to put on the apron and grill up Butterflied Leg of Lamb & Eggplant Kabobs with a Greek Salad or Grilled Mojo Pork Tenderloin with Salsa Verde, Grilled Corn & Black Beans; all served with a perfect beer!
