With Liz Laneri. This class has an emphasis on breath and body-connection; this beginner class will help build strength, flexibility and balance with a focus on alignment and form. Advanced registration is required. There is a limited number of props and blankets. Bringing your own yoga mat is suggested. This class is open to all everyone ages 14+.
