This class is designed for those wishing to add more peace and serenity into their lives. We will discuss what meditation is; the benefits of doing it, and how to do it. You will learn several simple but effective meditations and we will even try a few during class. Learning to meditate is one of the simplest and rewarding things you can do for your well-being.
