Barbecue at the Wineries

From Cabernet Franc to Riesling, ticket holders will have fun exploring how well local wines complement mouth-watering barbecue and summer side dishes. Menu highlights include grilled Creole chicken from Keuka Spring Vineyards, grilled sausage and bacon sliders from Ravines Wine Cellars, and Korean BBQ beef with pickled ‘slaw from Heron Hill Winery.
