In this class, we learn how to enhance awareness through a series of basic and intermediate yoga poses (asanas), as well as simple yoga breathing and meditation techniques that improve concentration and calm our mind. There is plenty of time for relaxation at the end of each class. This is a very accessible and well-rounded class, appropriate for both relatively new and more experienced students. Come and try it!
