Come learn how to use art to practice mindfulness and relieve stress at home! Art therapy is a great way to learn how to center yourself, process emotions and have fun. Learn techniques you can practice at home after one class including working with music and lines, creating CD covers and an image of courage, book quote art, a letting go tree, emotional mandala and a healing circle. No artistic experience is required!
