Join Instructor, Linda Bayer-Lawrence for a new type of yoga practice that combines meditation with a fun & easy art experience. Like yoga, art is an engaging way to reduce stress, calm the mind and connect to your inner self. This month we will work on the theme of surrender and how this applies to our lives. We will begin our practice with a short meditation to get ourselves quiet and focused. Then, we will move through a peaceful yoga flow taking a break to participate in a collaborative art experience.
