Amaize-ing Harvest Cooking Class

When: Sun., Sept. 28, 2-5 p.m. and Sun., Oct. 26, 2-5 p.m. 2014

Under the guidance of Chef Jeffory McLean—Lead Chef Instructor at the NYWCC— participants will help prepare the dishes followed by an opportunity to sit down and share in the completed meal. The corn will be featured in its many forms to provide a fascinating variety of menu courses
