Please reserve your spot on Eventbrite, space is limited to 15 spots.In this all-level grassroots Hatha Yoga class, where beginners are welcomed, students will be provided with a solid foundation to the fundamental yoga postures, the principles of alignment, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness. Students will also be introduced to intermediate postures. Modifications will be provided to deepen the pose or assist beginner students. There's a stocked prop room, no need to bring a mat unless you want to. No previous yoga experience necessary.
