Aging Gracefully: Yoga for Your Bones

When: Fri., Feb. 17, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Join Melissa Kleehammer for this series on Aging Gracefully. Plan to sit for a short lecture, then we will move and apply the lessons we covered in the lecture portion. This class will help to prevent or lessen osteopenia/osteoporosis, reduce the risk of falls/fractures, and create better habits around posture and strength. You will feel more confident in your body's abilities, a greater commitment to your body, and knowledgeable on strategies for optimal health.
