Adult Rowers range in age from 19 to over 90, so it is never too early or too late to take up the sport. Our sessions consist of 9 classes,during a 3 week period, designed to take interested participants to a level of competence that will allow participation in our Experienced Rowing classes. Our low instructor to student ratio and small class size ensures our rowers will have a solid grasp of rowing fundamentals.
