This class will go over clean eating and give you examples of lean proteins, complex carbs, the importance of eating frequently, serving sizes, reading food labels, and much more! There will be a healthy snack provided to show you that eating clean can still taste good! Come prepared and dressed to do a quick 20-30 minute workout to finish off the class so you can see that working out doesn’t require a gym or a lot of time. No excuses, be there!
