Frederick Douglass statue damaged; police arrest two 

A statue of abolitionist Frederick Douglass at the corner of Alexander and Tracy Streets was severely damaged during an apparent attempt to steal it. Rochester artist Olivia Kim fabricated the statue, and several others which have been placed around the city, to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Douglass's birth.
