Located at the Almeter Family’s Breezyhill Farm, North Sheldon Road in Strykersville. Experience the exciting operations of a sixth generation dairy farm operated by Roger and Debby Almeter, along with their son Brad and his wife Carolyn. Following an educational tour of the dairy farm operation, visitors can view live animal exhibits; participate in a number of hands-on children’s activities; and learn more through educational exhibits like the Farm Bureau’s potato chip exhibit called “Spudventure.” There will be an onsite farmers’ market where visitors can purchase local goods; and you get an up close look at modern farm machinery from local equipment dealers, then be sure to take a horse drawn wagon ride.
