Join us from 6:30pm-7:30pm at Rochester Brainery as Tim, Lento's bar manager, teaches us how to make ginger syrup and use it within a variety of cocktails. He will also talk about using seasonal fruits/herbs in cocktails and classic pairings. From 7:30-9pm, we'll head over to Lento for a "flight of cocktails" and a variety of tapas-style hors d' oeuvres. Everything will be served family style out on the patio (weather permitting!). The menu will be vegetarian friendly and include a variety of crostini and dips, calamari, oysters, and more.
