2015 Y-Tri

When: Sun., Feb. 1, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 2015

The three-event race consists of a 15-minute pool swim, a 15-minute stationary bike ride and a 15-minute indoor track run/walk. The goal for each event is to cover the greatest distance in 15 minutes. Individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged to participate in this fun indoor fitness race.
