WEEK AHEAD: 75 Monroe hearing

by

The Pittsford village board will hold a public hearing at  7p.m. on Tuesday, at the LGI room in Pittsford Sutherland High School, regarding the 75 Monroe Avenue project. The village board will take comments on proposed changes to the project's regulating plan, which the village board adopted in December.

The 75 Monroe Avenue project, formally known as Westport Crossing, has been proposed by a Mark IV subsidiary. Plans call for 167 apartments, restaurant, and waterfront amenities.

The Friends of Pittsford Village website says that the developer wants to move a proposed restaurant building so that it's along Monroe Avenue. It also says that the developer is proposing fewer buildings, but the ones that remain will be larger. And the larger buildings will be located at the back of the site, it says.

This morning, the village sent over drawings laying out the proposed regulatory plan. I've posted them below.
