Experienced artist Linda Bowers will demonstrate the scratch technique of decorating. Participants will then have the chance to scratch a design into a dyed egg and after the instructor spray varnishes the egg, it may be taken home. Sponsored by the Friends of Penfield Public Library. REGISTRATION is limited to 20 and begins on Friday, March 11. Children ages 10 and up accompanied by an adult are welcome to attend.
