Trevor Watts is the only remaining and founding member of the Spontaneous Music Ensemble. Beginning in 1965 with John Stevens & Paul Rutherford, this group subsequently included Evan Parker/Derek Bailey/Dave Holland & Kenny Wheeler amongst others.
